Provide strategic direction on local client development and allocation of resources.
Identifying and tracking market trends & opportunities and incorporating actions to grow client’s business and develop innovations. Responsible for revenue and profitability of the local managed client portfolio.

Responsible for new business development and new clients acquisition, by convincing marketeers to integrate Word of Mouth in their marketing-mix. Main tasks:
- Hunting: achieving a first conversation about WOM, actively discussing the media-mix opportunities with prospects and acquiring new clients.
- Farming: Actively support existing clients with best practices and research data on the efficacy of the WoM, developing long-term relationships with the clients.
- Concepting: Define new growth opportunities, facilitating the Campaign Manager and the team to ensure the carefully planned campaign-process to deliver the stablished KPI and results.
